PROGRAM RULES
All past, present, or future charter guests qualify for membership subject to the Program Rules. Any person(s) who receive commissions or referral fees are not eligible for C.R.E.W. Rewards.
MUST be a direct booking through Virgin Islands Yacht Charters or Renaissance Charters
Earn points on your own charter as well as referral bookings
Points applied to loyalty account once charter is completed
Points calculated after any discounts, including repeat charter discounts
Points do not cover the cost of Captain's fees or gratuity on Captain only charters
There is no time limit and points do not expire
Rewards can be gifted
Christmas and New Years' weeks cannot be booked for Rewards Charter
Cancellation policy same as ours with points value - lost points because of cancellation must pay a points reinstatement fee (?)
Points PLUS money options
Points not redeemable for cash and are only valid on charters with Virgin Islands Yacht Charters and Renaissance Charters
